Register with SMS vendors
Before you can send out SMS messages, you need to register an account with an SMS vendor. Zoho Recruit supports the following SMS vendors:
Registering with Clickatell:
- Go to Developers Central and create an account.
- A client ID and password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Log in to Developers Central product using the registered username, password, and client id.
- Activate and verify your registered mobile number.
- Click Submit and Get API ID.
- Configure Clickatell in your Zoho Recruit account with the credentials you received.
Registering with SMSmagic:
- Click here to enter your details and sign up for SMSmagic.
- After submitting the registration form, an account ID, username, and password will be sent to your registered email address.
- Configure SMSmagic in your Zoho Recruit account with the credentials you received.
Registering with MessageMedia:
- Click here to enter your details and sign up for MessageMedia.
- Configure MessageMedia in your Zoho Recruit account with the APIs you received. Use your registered API key and API secret.
- This is a 2-way SMS integration. A delivery note for every outgoing message will be delivered.
Registering with Twilio:
- Click here to enter your details and sign up for Twilio.
- Your account SID (username) and auth token (password) will be available on your Console Dashboard.
- You can view the phone number (Sender ID) from the left side menu list.
- Configure Twilio in your Zoho Recruit account with the credentials you received.
- This is a 2-way SMS integration. A delivery note for every outgoing message will be delivered.
