Zoho Recruit | SMS Vendors

Register with SMS vendors

Before you can send out SMS messages, you need to register an account with an SMS vendor. Zoho Recruit supports the following SMS vendors:

  1. Clickatell
  2. SMSmagic
  3. Sinch MessageMedia
  4. Sinch EU
  5. Twilio

Registering with Clickatell:

  1. Go to Developers Central and create an account.
  2. A client ID and password will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Log in to Developers Central product using the registered username, password, and client id.
  4. Activate and verify your registered mobile number.
  5. Click Submit and Get API ID.
  6. Configure Clickatell in your Zoho Recruit account with the credentials you received.

Registering with SMSmagic:

  1. Click here to enter your details and sign up for SMSmagic.
  2. After submitting the registration form, an account ID, username, and password will be sent to your registered email address.
  3. Configure SMSmagic in your Zoho Recruit account with the credentials you received.
Registering and Configuring Sinch SMS Gateways

For Sinch MessageMedia Users

  1. Register your account:
    Click here to sign up for Sinch MessageMedia by entering your details.

  2. Configure in Zoho Recruit:
     Use the API key and API secret provided after registration to configure Sinch MessageMedia as your SMS gateway in Zoho Recruit.

  3. Integration type:
     This is a 2-way SMS integration. A delivery note will be generated for every outgoing message.

For Sinch EU Users  

(Applicable for users from Germany, France, Spain, or the UK)

  1. Register your account:
    Click here to sign up for Sinch EU by entering your details.

  2. Configure in Zoho Recruit:
     Use the API key and API secret provided after registration to configure Sinch EU as your SMS gateway in Zoho Recruit.

  3. Integration type:
     This is a 2-way SMS integration. A delivery note will be generated for every outgoing message.

Registering with Twilio: 

  1. Click here to enter your details and sign up for Twilio.
  2. Your account SID (username) and auth token (password) will be available on your Console Dashboard.
  3. You can view the phone number (Sender ID) from the left side menu list.
  4. Configure Twilio in your Zoho Recruit account with the credentials you received.
  5. This is a 2-way SMS integration. A delivery note for every outgoing message will be delivered.
