Zoho Forms Integration

Introduction

For agencies or corporate companies, collecting and processing candidate details, key information, skill set, assessments and is definitely a challenge owing to the huge volume of resumes that come in on a regular basis. With the Zoho Recruit and Zoho Forms integration, save time by building advanced forms and also automatically push data collected from into Recruit's modules upon submission of every entry. 

Profile Permissions

Setup Integration

To push your form's entries directly to Zoho Recruit:

1. Click on the Integrate tab on your form builder.

2. Under Zoho Recruit, select the Integrate button.

3. Select the required Recruit module and layout.

4. Map all the mandatory Recruit fields to the corresponding fields in your form.

5. To map more form fields to Recruit fields, click on the Add field button.

6. Select the Recruit field from the drop-down provided. The form fields that are relevant to the selected field would be listed in the drop-down under Zoho Forms.



7. If you have an attachments section in Zoho Forms, you can map the attachments to the corresponding attachments category in Zoho Recruit.



Note:
  1. Images uploaded to the Candidate Photo field are automatically added as the Candidates'/Contacts' profile image.
  2. This works only for the Candidates and Contacts modules.

8. Map all the fields, select the necessary Actions to be performed on integration and then click on the Integrate button to save your settings.

Trigger Actions in Zoho Recruit

Under Actions, you can choose to trigger certain actions in Zoho Recruit every time a form submission comes in.
  1. Workflow: Select this option to trigger workflows in Zoho Recruit while adding entries via Zoho Forms.
  2. Approval: Choose this option to automatically send form entries to your Zoho Recruit approval list instead of adding them.
  3. Upsert Record: When you choose the "Upsert Record" option, if a record with identical value exists in Zoho Recruit, then it will be updated with the new values. If not, a new record will be created.

Remove Integration

To remove an integrated field, click on the minus ' - ' icon in the right corner of the fields.
To remove Forms integration altogether, click on the Remove integration button present in the Zoho Recruit integration page and confirm the same.
