Criteria for Zoho Recruit


If you have a Criteria Corp account, integrating it with Zoho Recruit enables hiring team members to send assessments directly from Zoho Recruit. There’s no need to leave Zoho Recruit to select and send a test or to view the results. Everything can be done from the candidate’s profile.

Setting up the integration   

You’ll need to request an API key from your dedicated Criteria Account Manager. This will be a long string of numbers and letters. When you receive it, copy it to your clipboard.With the API key in hand, sign in to Zoho Recruit: 
  1. Click Settings > Marketplace
  2. Locate Criteria in the list of assessment providers integrations and click on it
  3. Choose users/profiles to install the integration
  4. Add your API key to the field that appears 
The connection will be complete and you'll be able to start sending out assessment tests. When you send an assessment you can view the results directly in Zoho Recruit.

Sending an assessment to a candidate 

To send an assessment,
      1. Navigate to the Candidates module and select a candidate
      2. Click Initiate Criteria Assessment
      3. Select the Criteria Package and click Initiate
      4. You can find the initiated assessment in the Candidate detail page

Once the candidate completes the assessment, you can find the Criteria Assessment Report URL inside the Criteria Assessments module.
