Talent Titan for Zoho Recruit

If you have a Talent Titan account, integrating it with Zoho Recruit enables your hiring team to send assessments to candidates directly from Zoho Recruit and view their results from each candidate's record respectively. Additionally, you can also leverage Talent Titan's reports to better enhance your recruitment process.

Talent Titan Account Setup (If you don't have an account already)

If you don’t have an Talent Titan client account, these steps can be followed to activate a trial version:
  1. Go to https://cadmin.talenttitan.com/login and click Don’t have an account? Sign Up.
  2. Provide your organization details and the company email address and click Submit. A confirmation code will then be sent to the entered email address.
  3. Return to Talent Titan and log in using your configured credentials.
  4. Take a quick feature tour of Talent Titan by clicking the Take a Quick Tour button (top-right side).
  5. Contact support@talenttitan.com for any further assistance. 

Connecting your Account

To connect your Talent Titan account into Zoho Recruit, go to Setup > Marketplace > All Extensions. Select Talent Titan and click Install Now.

Sending an Assessment to a Candidate

  1. Navigate to the Candidate record and click Initiate Talent Titan Assessment.
  2. Log into your Talent Titan account and then select the Talent Titan Assessment and the job opening. The different assessments available for your package are displayed here. Click Initiate Assessment when you're done.
  3. An email is sent to the candidate with a link to the Talent Titan Assessment.
  4. Once the candidate submit their answers, you can view them along with a Report URL from the candidate record under Related List > Answered Assessments.
