SkillSurvey for Zoho Recruit
SkillSurvey Reference for Zoho Recruit helps your reach your candidates' references faster and gain the candidate insights you need to reduce turnover while boosting performance —whether you're an in-house recruiter or a staffing firm.
Setting up the integration
Login to your SkillSurvey account (with Admin credentials) to get your Account Name, User Name, and Password (If you don't have them, write to your account manager in SkillSurvey).
With those in hand, login to Zoho Recruit.
- Click Settings > Marketplace
- Locate SkillSurvey Reference in the list of marketplace apps
- Choose users/profiles to install the integration
- Authorize your account. Once that's finished, enter the Account Name, User Name, and the Password and click Save
Now, navigate to Settings > Automation > Actions > Custom Functions > skillsurvey callback fn
Click the Edit icon and select the REST API option. Copy the URL and send it over to your SkillSurvey account manager to finish configuring the integration.
Sending an invite to a candidate
To send a reference invite,
- Go to the Candidates module and select a candidate
- Select Initiate SkillSurvey Ref Check
- Choose your Survey and the Division and click Initiate
- Under the SkillSurvey Reference Checks module, a new record will be created in which you will be able to check the report and the status of the reference check
- An email will be sent to the candidate from SkillSurvey to fill in the references
