Accurate for Zoho Recruit

Installing the extension
You’ll need to generate a Client ID and Client Secret from this link: https://developer.accuratebackground.com/#/
Sign up and you will receive the Client ID and Client Secret. These will be two long string of numbers and letters. When you receive it, copy it to your clipboard.
With the Client ID and Client Secret in hand, sign in to Zoho Recruit:
- Click Setup > Marketplace
- Locate Accurate in the list of background check providers integrations and click on it
- Choose users/profiles to install the integration.
- Click Authorize to finish installation.
Add your Client ID and Client Secret to the field that appears.
The final step will be to configure the Webhook URL in Accurate. Go to the Custom Functions menu under Workflow. Click the settings of updateAccurateOrder and select Rest API.
Copy the URL and email apisupport@accurate.com. The Accurate team will update the webhook and send you a confirmation once it has been implemented on your account.
The connection will be complete and you'll be able to start sending out candidates for the screening. When you send a candidate for screening, you can view the results directly in Zoho Recruit.
Running a Background Check on a Candidate.
To run a background check on a candidate, go to the Candidates module and select a candidate record. Click Export to Accurate.
In the new tab, select the Accurate package. The different background screenings available for the package are also displayed.
A mail is sent to the candidate asking him/her to fill in their details. In your Accurate dashboard, you can see the status of the candidate is Pending. Once the candidate fills up the details, two things happen:
- A new record is created inside the Accurate Reports module in Zoho Recruit. Once the background screenings are done, the candidate reports are sent to this module.
- Status is changed in your Accurate account dashboard. You can view its analytics and download a copy from the dashboard.
Depending on the report, you can get insights and take your recruitment process forward.
