greytHR for Zoho Recruit

Install greytHR Extension 

The greytHR Extension can be installed into your Zoho Recruit account by following either of the below mentioned ways.

Go to Zoho Marketplace and search for greytHR for Zoho Recruit extension to locate the extension and install directly from the Marketplace. Alternatively, you can install the greytHR Extension by logging in to your Zoho Recruit account and follow the below installation instructions.
 
To install greytHR Extension from Zoho Recruit,
  1. Click Setup> Marketplace
  2. Locate greytHR in the list of HRMS and click on it
  3. Click Install Now button. Make sure you check the “I have read and agree to the Terms of Use” checkbox 

Uninstall greytHR Extension

Uninstalling the greytHR Extension from Zoho Recruit will delete all its associated data.
To uninstall greytHR Extension, please follow the below steps:
  1. Go to > Marketplace > All > Installed tab.
  2. Select the greytHR for Zoho Recruit extension and click on Uninstall
  3. Click ok in the confirmation pop-up that follows. The extension will be uninstalled. 

Map Fields for greytHR within Zoho Recruit 

To map the fields for the candidates from Zoho Recruit to greytHR kindly follow the steps below.
  1. Go to Setup> Marketplace > Installed tab.
  2. In the greytHR for Zoho Recruit extension and click on Configure 
  3. Click Map Fields under the field Mapping Section
Notes
Note : As for the Dropdown fields the option for the picklist should be the same as the greytHR Picklist Option.

Send Candidates to greytHR from Zoho Recruit

To send the candidates From Zoho Recruit to greytHR. Kindly follow the below Steps
  1. Go to the Candidates Module.
  2. Open the candidate that you want to send to greytHR
  3. Click on the “Send to greytHR” to send the candidates information to greytHR. The information will be sent to greytHR based on the field mappings. 
Notes
Note : Only the basic fields from the modules can be mapped to greytHR, The Tabular fields nor lookup cannot be mapped. You will be able to create and map the custom fields from Zoho Recruit to greytHR.
