Calendly for Zoho Recruit
Calendly is a scheduling platform for scheduling meetings professionally and efficiently, eliminating the hassle of back-and-forth emails. Instead of giving out a set time to candidates and client-contacts for an interview or a meeting, Calendly provides your calendar view to the receiver and lets them select a time slot at their convenient time and date.
With its partnership with Zoho Recruit, you can now schedule interviews or events with candidates and client-contacts right from within Zoho Recruit's platform.
Setting up the integration
Go to Setup > Marketplace and select Calendly from the list of apps.
Authorizing your Calendly account and Zoho OAuth is mandatory. Once the extension is installed, you will need to sync both the accounts. In the pop-up login using your Calendly credentials.
Once done, you will be able to send out your available time slots via Calendly to your candidates and client-contacts for interviews and events. Appointments once booked, can also be cancelled by the inviter and the invitee.

Note: Zoho Recruit integrates with Google and Microsoft Outlook calendars. Make sure that the calendar application used in Zoho Recruit is the same used in your Calendly account.
Scheduling interviews/events
In Zoho Recruit, you will be able to schedule interviews and events with candidates. With client-contacts, you can only schedule events.
To schedule an interview, go to the Candidates module and click Schedule Calendly Interview.
Select the event type and add comments if necessary. Once invited, an email goes to the candidate with a link to select a time-slot from your calendar.
The process is similar for scheduling an event with a client-contact. Go to the Contacts module and click Schedule Calendly Event. Enter the details and an email goes out to your client-contact with a link to book the appointment.
Want to edit the outgoing emails? You can edit them from Setup > Customization > Templates
