Jobma for Zoho Recruit

Conducting interviews is a critical phase in any recruitment process—whether you’re hiring a full-time iOS developer or a freelance writer. To help you ease this process and get the most targeted results, Zoho Recruit integrates with Jobma so you can take advantage of hosting video interviews and bring right talent to the table.

Install Jobma

You can install the Jobma extension either from Zoho Marketplace or from within your Zoho Recruit account as follows:

Click Setup > Marketplace > All. All the installed extensions are listed. Under All Extensions, you can view all the extensions supported by your Recruit.
Click All Extensions and browse for Jobma. The details about the extension will be available.
Click Install Now.
Agree to the terms of service and click Install.
Choose one of the following and click Confirm.

Install for admins only - The extension will be installed in Recruit for only the users with the administrator profile.

Install for all users - The extension will be installed in Recruit for all the users.

Choose profiles - The extension will be installed in Recruit for manually chosen users. Choose this option, click Continue, then select the profiles.

Configure Zoho Recruit from Jobma

Navigate to the Integrations section in your Jobma account.
Select Zoho Recruit.
Copy the API key and paste it in your Zoho Recruit account.

Schedule Interviews in Zoho Recruit

Go to Candidates module and select a candidate record. Click Schedule Jobma Interview from the drop down.
in the pop-up window, select a job opening for which you like to create a video interview.
Select the Interview Kit you've created in the Jobma account.
Set an Expiry date if you wish to, and click Schedule.
Now, this Jobma Interview invite link would be sent to the candidate from Jobma. You can track the same from the Interviews module in Zoho Recruit.
