Set up IMAP 

1. In Zoho Recruit, Go to Setup > General > Email Settings and Click Get Started
   
2. Choose one of the listed email services. 
   
   
3. Click IMAP. 
   
   
4. In case you selected Gmail to configure IMAP with Zoho Recruit, enter your Gmail account credentials and click Continue.
   
   
5. If you've enabled Two-Factor Authentication for your email account, you must enter the App-specific password for IMAP configuration and not your regular email password.
   
6. Click Continue.
   
7. Click Server Details to view the incoming and outgoing server settings.The Server Details are automatically populated on selecting one of the popular IMAP Integrations.
   
8. Choose the Email Sharing Permissions and click Save.
   

1. Go to your Google Account.
   
2. On the left navigation panel, choose Security.
   
3. On the "Signing in to Google" panel, choose App Passwords.
   
4. From the Select App dropdown list, select Other.
   
5. Enter a name, for example, IMAP for Zoho Recruit.
   
6. Click Generate.
   
7. Copy and paste the unique app-specific password generated into the Password text box for IMAP configuration in Zoho Recruit. You may revoke any password, if you no longer use the device or to remove access to the application.
   

For Custom Domain  [example@customdomain.com]

1. Select the Gmail option while configuring your email address.
   
2. Select the IMAP protocol.
   
3. Enter your Display Name and Email Address.
   
4. The Configuration Prerequisites pop-up will then be displayed.
   Click the hyperlinks displayed in the checkboxes to whitelist Zoho Recruit in your GApps console.

1. Click Add New
   
2. Copy and paste the Client Name & API Scope (displayed in pop-up) in their respective fields and click Authorise.
   
2. Trusted Apps Page
   
1. Click Configure New App and select OAuth App Name or Client ID from the drop-down list.
   
2. Search Zoho Recruit and click Select.
   
3. Ckeck both boxes and click Select to confirm.
   
4. Finally, check the Trusted option to allow complete access.
   
5. Toggle both the checkboxes and click Verify. In the next page, scroll-down and click Save.
   
5. Your emails will now start syncing within Zoho Recruit.
   

1. Select the O365 option while configuring your email address.
   
2. Select the IMAP protocol.
   
3. Enter your Name and Email Address and click Authenticate with Office 365.
   
4. The Microsoft Login page will then be displayed as a pop-up. Sign in to your O365 account.
   
5. Check the consent checkbox and click Accept.
   
6. In the next page, scroll-down and click Save.
7. Your emails will now start syncing within Zoho Recruit.
   

1. Sign into your Yahoo Mail account.
   
2. Go to Settings > Account info.
   
   
3. Under Two-step Verification, click Generate app password. 
   
4. To generate app-specific password, the Two-step verification must be switched on.
   
5. From the Select App dropdown list, select Other and enter the name of the app. For example, IMAP for Zoho Recruit.
   
   
6. Click Generate.
   
7. Copy and paste the unique app-specific password generated into the Password text box for IMAP configuration in Zoho Recruit.
   

1. Go to the Candidates/Contacts module.
   
2. Click on a record in the module.
   
3. In the emails related list, select the desired IMAP shared user from the picklist field.
