"The Mail Box (your email address) you configured earlier is not reachable. Please select a new Mail Box."
This message can appear when you change the Default Email in your Zoho Mail settings (Settings > My Account > Personal Information > Email Address > Primary Email)
"The Zoho Mail server is currently unavailable. Please wait a bit and try again."
Emails won't be displayed if the mail servers aren't accessible. In these situations, please wait a couple of minutes before you try accessing your inbox.
"Your account status in Zoho is still not confirmed."
If your account status has not been confirmed in Zoho, then your mail will not be displayed. Please do the following to confirm your status:
"Your email is queued in Zoho Mail - Outbox."
The Outbox option keeps your emails in a queue for a specified amount of time before sending them from Zoho Mail. If you've enabled this option, sent emails will be listed under the Emails section after a few minutes.
