Zoho Recruit | Company Profile Verification

Company Profile Verification

What is company verification?
While registering for Zoho Recruit, the user's company information is collected for verification. Company verification is done to review the legitimacy of an organization or a company, and to generate the default Portal URL.

Steps to verify your company details

  1. Navigate to Setup > Portal Setup > Portal.
  2. Click the Edit icon in the company details section, enter the company information, and click Update.

  3. If the company name, website address, and primary contact (email address) match, your company will be verified automatically, and your domain URL will be generated.

  4. If your company details do not match, you can submit your details for Manual Verification.

  5. Fill in your company details in the form and click Submit. This sends an approval mail to Zoho Recruit's support team. They will review the legitimacy of your firm and may approve your company in 24 hours.

Notes
Note:
  1. Please note that only the ADMIN user can update the company information.
  2. If you do not have a working website and a work email ID, your company will NOT be verified. (Applicable for both Trial and Paid users of Zoho Recruit)
Purpose of Company Verification
Once the verification is done, the Default portal URL is generated. This default URL is required to
  1. Access your Career Site and the various Portals of Zoho Recruit.
  2. Publish jobs on job boards.
Notes
Note:
  1. Post company profile verification, trial users can publish on Paid Job Boards only.
  2. Trial users will have to upgrade to a paid version of Zoho Recruit to be able to publish on Free Job Boards.
Free domains restricted
  1. Use a work email address and not free domains like Gmail or Yahoo., as job boards generally restrict free domains.
  2. Your company will NOT be verified if you use a free domain email address as the Primary Contact.
