1. Go to Setup > Portal Setup > Employee Portal
   
   
2. Hover your mouse over the portal name and click Customize.
   
   
3. Your employee portal page comes in three editable sections, namely;

Customizing Application & Referral Forms

The Employee Portal provides dedicated forms for handling Referrals and Employee Applications, ensuring submissions from employees and referred candidates are captured and managed separately.

Tip: Use Form Rules to make your referral and application forms dynamic by showing only relevant fields based on user input. This helps collect the right information from employees and referred candidates while keeping forms clean and easy to complete.

Publishing jobs for employees (internal job posting)

1. Go to the job opening you wish to publish on your employee portal, click the Publish icon and choose the Publish on Employee Portal option.
   
   

1. In the Publish on Employee Portal pop-up, you can choose to enable Referrals and allow Employee Applications. You may enable either option individually or turn on both.
   
   
1. Allow employees of your organization to refer candidates for this job
   This option will publish the job opening on your Employee Portal and restrict it to referrals only. Employees can refer candidates via their portal accounts or share their unique referral link publicly.
2. Allow employees to apply for this job
   Toggling this option will publish the job opening on your Employee Portal and open up applications from employees.
3. Choose Assessment
   You can optionally include a pre-screening assessment for referred candidates or employees to answer as and when they submit their job applications.
2. Click Publish when you're done.
   
3. Your job opening will then be published on your Employee Portal for all users in your organization.

Approving Referred Candidates

Note: The Unique Referral Link will be available only if the job is also published on your Career Site, i.e., if it has the Public tag.

1. In Zoho Recruit, navigate to the Referrals module and click Pending Referrals to view all referrals awaiting approval.
   
   
2.  Click Approve, enter the required details, and click Approve again in the confirmation pop-up.
   
   
3.  If you choose to Ignore a referral, the referred candidate will still be processed for hiring. However, you will not be added as the Referrer.
