Subscription Information in Zoho Recruit
The Subscription Information section provides an overview of your organization’s subscription plan, user limits, employee limits (Corp HR only), and feature usage limits. This helps you track plan details, monitor usage, and plan upgrades or renewals.
- Go to Setup > Users and Control > Subscriptions.

- In the Subscription Information page, you can:
- View your Plan Details (edition, billing, renewal).
- Check User and Employee limits.
- Track Feature Usage under one-time and daily limits
- Upgrade limits or renew your subscription if required.
Plan Details
The Plan Details panel displays your organization’s current subscription information:
Plan | Description |
Current Plan | The subscribed plan (e.g. Enterprise). |
Support Plan | The support level (e.g. Premium). |
Billing Cycle | The billing frequency (e.g. Yearly). |
Next Renewal | The upcoming renewal date, with a countdown showing the remaining days (visible during the last month before renewal). |
Users Limit | The total number of users allocated, with a visual bar showing used vs. available users. |
Employee Limit (Corp HR only) | The total employee slots available and the number already used.

User & Employee Limits
- Users Limit – Total number of Recruit users your plan supports.
Example: Limit 35, with 19 used and 16 available. - Employee Limit – Number of employees supported under your plan.
Example: Limit 10, with 2 used and 8 available.
Notes:
If your plan is nearing expiry, a renewal reminder will be displayed here.Usage Details
The Usage Details section shows the limits and usage of features available under your plan. You can view this under One-Time Limits or Daily Limits.For each feature, the following are displayed:
- Default Limit – The plan’s base limit.
- Additional Limit – Any extra purchased capacity.
- Total Limit – Combined limit (default + additional).
- Used – Current usage.
- Remaining – Balance available for use.
This breakdown helps you monitor how much of each feature’s quota has been consumed and whether an upgrade is required.
- One-Time Limits: Max usage allowed once per subscription.
- Daily Limits: Max usage allowed per day.
To Purchase additional limits
Purchase additional One-Time Limits directly from the store
To increase Daily Limits, raise a request with support for an upgrade.
- Go to Daily Limits and click the + icon for the feature you want to increase.

- The Contact Support popup opens automatically.

- Enter a subject and describe the limit you want to increase (include current usage and required limit)
- Select urgency and attach a screenshot if needed and Click Send to submit the request.
- Support will review and increase the Daily Limits once approved.
