The candidate aspect of Zoho Recruit’s One-way Video Interview involves recording your response and submitting them to the interviewer for evaluation.

Browser: Available only for Chrome/Firefox browsers.
How do I record a one-way video interview?
Upon clicking the interview link you’ll be directed to the Interview Details page. Click Next to continue.
Carefully go through the interview instructions and check the consent checkbox provided below when you’re done reading. Then, click Take Video Interview to proceed to the interview.
Before you start recording your answers, allow the website to access your Camera & Microphone.
You can start recording your answers now. Click Start Recording to begin the interview.
After you’re done answering, use the navigator provided above to navigate to the next question. Note: You can navigate to a question only if you’ve already recorded an answer for it.
Once you’re done recording answers, click End Interview Session to submit your answers.
You can then re-record your answers if you want by clicking on Review Answers. Note: You can do this just once. The button will be locked after you click on it.
Click Reanswer to record your answer again. Navigation will be same as it was the first time.
Once you end your interview session, you’ll be asked for feedback on the performance of our one-way video interview platform. Click Submit once you’re done. Note: Feedback submission is optional.
Your recordings will then be sent over to the interviewer for evaluation.
Hi, I tried to do a recording session using the url you provided, but after I went through the instruction page, the next display only showed a black box and a loading animation without any request for access to the mic and camera.
I waited about 10 minutes and then I tried to refresh the page but the result is the same, and I have tried more than 8 times, I even manually gave the url (https://recruit.zoho.com/) access to the mic and camera, and even using a VPN (perhaps the problem is with internet provider restrictions), but the page still only shows a black box and a loading animation without any questions appearing.
