To rename the Apply Now button on a Job List

1. Navigate to Setup > Portal Setup > Career Site.
   
2. Click the Customize/Edit page icon beside the job listing page on which you would like to rename the Apply Now button.
   
3. On the Job List, click Customize.
   
4. On the Customize Job List pop-up click Advanced Settings.
   
5. In the Advanced settings pop-up, type the desired name for the "Apply now" button in the Rename Button box and click Back.
   
6. Now click Save on the Customize Job List pop-up.
   
7. Then click Save & Publish on the Customize page.
   

To disable the Apply Now button on a Job List

1. Navigate to Setup > Portal Setup > Career Site.
   
2. Click the Customize/Edit page icon beside the job listing page on which you would like to disable the Apply Now button.
   
3. On the Job List, click Customize.
   
4. On the Customize Job List pop-up click Advanced Settings.
   
5. Ensure that the checkbox beside the Include 'Apply now' Button option is unchecked. Click Back.
   
6. Now click Save on the Customize Job List pop-up.
   
7. Then click Save & Publish on the Customize page.
