Customize Career Site Layout
A well-constructed and organized job listing page gives your candidates a view of all the open jobs in your company. With the default templates in Zoho Recruit, you can style your job listings the way you want.
1. Accessing Support from Your Zoho Recruit Account
To customize you job listing:
- Go to Setup > Career Site.
- Click Customize from more options.

- In the left side pane, click Sections > Jobs.
- Click Change Layout.
- Choose one of the three templates given.

Tips:
1. Choosing the third template would allow your candidates to search and filter jobs based on certain fields, such as Industry, Country, Job Type, or Work Experience.
2. The maximum limit for displaying jobs on the career site is 750. If you have more than 750 published jobs, we recommend creating a new career site with a different custom view to display the additional jobs.
Adding custom filters in your job listings page:
- Go to Setup > Customization > Modules.
- Click Job Openings.
- Under the fields tab, all data types that are pick lists can be added in your job listings page. (Add screen)
Note: You can have a maximum of five fields as filters in the job listing page.
