Zoho Recruit’s Job Boards Network allows recruiters to publish job openings to a group of regional job boards at no additional cost. This network is available as part of your Recruit subscription and is powered by VONQ, the job distribution platform integrated in the backend. This enables wider job visibility without the need to manage individual job board postings.
How does this work?
The Job Boards Network is a collection of regional job boards that Zoho Recruit customers can publish jobs to for free. When a job is published using the network, it is distributed to relevant regional job boards through VONQ, which handles job distribution behind the scenes.
Recruiters can then manage publishing, track applications, and continue their hiring processes entirely within Zoho Recruit.
Step #1: Enabling Job Boards Network from Setup
- Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.

- Search for Job Boards Network using the filters on the right-side. Keep in mind that this will be enabled by default.

Step #2: Publishing jobs on the Job Boards Network
- In the Job Openings module, go to the job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.

- Select Job Boards Network.

- In the first pop-up that is displayed, fill-in details required to sponsor your job and click Save.

- Click Next.

- Choose a pre-screening assessment if you wish and click Publish.
- Your job will then be Queued for publishing. This might take up to 24 hours for it to become active.

Note: VONQ will distribute your job details to supported regional job boards in the network that match the location.
Step #3: Tracking your published job
- Go to the Job Openings module and select the job opening and click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.

- Click Job Boards Network.

- This will open a pop-up that displays the post's analytics.

Note: When candidates apply, their Source will be Free-JobBoards-Network.
Step #4: Updating (or) unpublishing your job post
- Go to the Sourcing Summary section of the job opening.
- Find Job Boards Network and click Update or Unpublish.
