Post and Manage your Jobs on hirist
The hirist integration with Zoho Recruit will allow you to publish, track and optimize your job opening directly from Zoho Recruit.
Step 1: Enable hirist in Setup
To publish jobs on hirist via Zoho Recruit, follow the steps given below.
Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
Search for hirist using the filters on the left side and enable the toggle.
Enter your hirist credentials.
- You can now publish your jobs in hirist with just a few clicks.
Step 2: Publish Jobs on hirist
- From the Job Openings module, go to the Job you wish to publish and click the Publish
icon.
Add hirist, enter the required details, click Save.
Choose a Candidate Application Form or create a new Webform.
Click Publish.
Your job is now published on hirist.
Step 3: Get insights for your published job
- Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you wish to get insights for.
- Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
Click hirist. This will open a pop-up that displays the post's analytics.
Step 4: How to unpublish jobs from hirist?
- Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
Click Sourcing Summary from left side panel.
At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to unpublish your posting.
Confirm to unpublish your job.
