Step 1: Enable Career Builder under Setup
To enable the Career Builder integration, follow the steps given below.
- Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
- Search for Career Builder and Enable the toggle.
- Enter your Career Builder account details and click Save.
- You can now publish your jobs in Career Builder with just a few clicks.
Step 2: Publish Jobs on Career Builder
- Go to the details page of the job you wish to publish and click the Publish
icon.
- Select Career Builder and click Next.
- Choose our default Candidate Application Form or create a new Webform.
- Click Publish. Your job is now published on Career Builder.
Step 3: Get insights for your published job
- Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you wish to get insights for.
- Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
- Click Career Builder. This will open a pop-up that displays the post's analytics.
Step 4: How to unpublish jobs from Career Builder?
- Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
- Click Sourcing Summary from Quick Access panel.
- At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to unpublish your posting.
- Confirm to unpublish your job.
