Post and Manage your Jobs on Jobillico

Step 1: Enable Jobillico under Setup

To enable the Jobillico integration, follow the steps given below.
  1. Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
  2. Search for Jobillico and Enable the toggle.
  3. Enter your Jobillico account details and click Save.
  4. You can now publish your jobs in Jobillico with just a few clicks.

Step 2: Publish Jobs on Jobillico

  1. Go to the details page of the job you wish to publish and click the Publish  icon.
  2. Select Jobillico and click Next.
  3. Choose a Candidate Application Form or create a new Webform.
  4. Click Publish. Your job is now published on Jobillico.

Step 3: Get insights for your published job

  1. Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you wish to get insights for.
  2. Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
  3. Click Jobillico. This will open a pop-up that displays the post's analytics.

Step 4: How to unpublish jobs from Jobillico?

  1. Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
  2. Click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
  3. At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to Unpublish your posting.
  4. Confirm to unpublish your job.
