Post and Manage your Jobs on SEEK (Jobsdb | Jobstreet)

Important: 
Jobsdb and Jobstreet have been acquired and rebranded by SEEK. To reflect this change within Zoho Recruit, we have merged the setup for JobsDB and JobStreet with SEEK. Worry not as you will still be able to post to Jobsdb and Jobsstreet via SEEK.

SEEK makes it easier and quicker for candidates and employers to connect with their easy-to-use UI and cutting edge hiring tools. Zoho Recruit's integration with SEEK allows your organization to publish jobs to the SEEK platform and track inbound candidates.

Step 1: Enable SEEK under Setup

To enable the SEEK integration, follow the steps given below.
  1. Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
  2. Search for SEEK and Enable the toggle.
  3. Enter your SEEK account details and click Save.
  4. You can now publish your jobs in SEEK with just a few clicks.

Step 2: Publish Jobs on SEEK

  1. Go to the details page of the job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.
  2. Select SEEK and click Next.

Step 3: Set up your ad using the Enhanced Job Posting widget   

After you click Publish, the Enhanced Job Posting (EJP) widget opens. Complete the following sections to configure your ad.
  1. Select an assessment type and the required assessment from the respective dropdowns. You can skip this step if you don't want to add an assessment.

  2. Review the pre-filled job details, including the job title, location, workplace option, category, work type, pay details, and billing reference. Edit the details as required.


  3. Review and edit the Job description and enter a Job summary. The job summary is required.

  4. Enter a YouTube URL in the Video field to add a video to your job ad (optional).
  5. Under Choose how candidates apply, select one of the following:
    1. Redirect to your careers site – Redirect candidates to your careers site to complete the application.
    2. Quick apply on SEEK – Allow candidates to apply directly through SEEK

  6. Under Ad types, compare the available options: Basic, Advanced, and Premium. 

  7. Check the Candidate targeting table below each ad type to understand the available targeting features, including:
    1. Personalised targeting
    2. Competitive edge
    3. Candidate invitations
    4. 1:1 email
    5. Likely interested candidates
    6. Click Select for the ad type you want to use.

  8. Under the selected add-ons, you can add the Urgent badge to highlight that the role is being hired for immediately.
  9. Under Get more from your ad, select Branding.
    1. Enter up to three key selling points to attract candidates.
    2. Under Company brand (optional), choose a previously created brand, or upload a new one.

  10. Click Save to proceed to the next step, or Cancel to discard the changes.
    1. Choose our Candidate Application Form or create a new Webform.
    2. Click Publish. Your job is now published on SEEK.

Step 4: Monitor metrics using Ad-performance panel

The SEEK Ad Performance Panel is a powerful tool designed to give recruiters a clear and detailed overview of their job ad performance metrics, all from within the product. This feature offers insights into key areas such as:
  1. Views in Job Search
  2. Ad Clicks
  3. Applications Started
  4. Completed Applications

Steps to Access SEEK panel:

  1. Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you wish to get insights for.
  2. Select Sourcing Summary  from the Quick Access panel.

  3. Click SEEK to access the Ad Performance Panel

Step 5: How to unpublish jobs from SEEK?

  1. Go to the job you wish to unpublish.
  2. Click Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
  3. At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you'll find the option to unpublish your posting.
  1. Confirm to unpublish your job.
