Integrating Apna with Zoho Recruit lets you publish jobs, source candidates, and track applications directly from Recruit. Step #1: Enable Apna in Setup
- Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.

- Search for Apna using the filters panel on the left and enable the integration.

- Enter your Apna Client ID and Client Secret.

- Your Apna account will then be linked with Zoho Recruit.

Step #2: Publish Jobs on Apna
- From the Job Openings module, go to the job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.

- Select Apna, enter the required details, and click Save.

- Click Next Step and choose a pre-screening assessment (optional). Click Publish when you are done.
- Your job opening will then be Queued for publishing in Apna. Keep in mind that this might take up to 24 hours for your job post to become Active.

Step #3: Get insights for your published job
- Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you want to view stats for.
- Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.

- Click Apna to view analytics and performance insights for your job posting.

Step #4: Update or unpublish jobs from Apna
- Navigate to the job you wish to update (or) unpublish and click Sourcing Summary.
- At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you will find options to Update or Unpublish your job post.
