Step #1: Enable foundit APAC in Setup

  1. Go to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
  2. Search for foundit APAC using the filters panel on the left and enable the integration.
  3. Select your country from the drop-down list, enter your foundit credentials and click Save.

    You will need to input the following details:
    1. Foundit APAC Username & Password
    2. Foundit APAC Corp Id
    3. Foundit APAC Login ID
    4. Foundit APAC API Key
  4. Your foundit APAC account will then be linked with Zoho Recruit.

Step #2: Publish Jobs on foundit APAC  

  1. From the Job Openings module, go to the job you wish to publish and click the Publish icon.
  2. Select foundit APAC, enter the required details, and click Save.
  3. Click Next Step and choose a pre-screening assessment (optional). Click Publish when you are done.
  4. Your job opening will then be Queued for publishing in foundit APAC. Keep in mind that this might take up to 24 hours for your job post to become Active.

Step #3: Get insights for your published job  

  1. Go to the Job Openings module and select the job you want to view stats for.
  2. Select Sourcing Summary from the Quick Access panel.
  3. Click foundit APAC to view analytics and performance insights for your job posting.

Step #4: Update or unpublish jobs from foundit APAC  

  1. Navigate to the job you wish to update (or) unpublish and click Sourcing Summary.
  2. At the bottom of the sourcing summary page, you will find options to Update or Unpublish your job post.
