How this works?

Every job opening you publish in your career site, an entry is added to an XML feed specific to your account. This feed will contain the details of all job openings that were published in the last 30 days.

With the Request New Job Board option, you can share the XML feed URL with the job board of your choosing and ask them to fetch and add the content of the feed as job listings.

How do I request to share my XML Feed?

1. Navigate to Setup > Job Board Hub > Job Boards.
   
   
2. Click Request New Job Board in the bottom of the Filters section.
   
   
3. In the pop-up that is displayed, fill in all the fields as shown below and click Request Job Feed.
   
   

What happens after you submit?

1. Our support team will review the job board details you’ve provided. If the request is valid, it will be approved within 2–3 business days.
   
2. Once approved, we’ll send an email to your Recruit account’s primary contact with the XML feed URL.
   
3. You can then share this with your contact at the job board and get it integrated with Recruit.
   

Note:

1. When candidates apply for the job opening, the candidate source will be added accordingly. For example, if you request a job board called TechiePost, we’ll share an XML feed once it’s approved. Candidates who apply through TechiePost will appear in Recruit with Candidate Source: TechiePost.
2. The feed will contain jobs published in the last 30 days, and will be updated every four hours.
   
3. You can make a maximum of five XML feed requests.
