How to automatically associate candidates with a job opening?
Edition Required: Available for all paid plans of both the Staffing Agency and Corporate HR editions of Zoho Recruit.
When you create a job opening in Zoho Recruit, a unique job-specific email inbox is generated. You can find this under [Job Opening] > Sourcing Summary > Job Mailbox.
Similar to Resume Inbox, if a resume/CV is sent as an email attachment to this inbox, it is automatically parsed and added as a candidate record. Additionally, since this inbox is specific to the published job opening, the candidate is automatically associated with the job.
This eliminates the need for recruiters to manually sort through multiple emails, download attachments and upload them to Zoho Recruit again.
Limits
Depending on which edition of Zoho Recruit you are using, the number of resumes that can be parsed using the Job Mailbox feature is limited as follows;
