Post and Manage your Jobs on LinkedIn (Basic Job Posting)

Post your job openings where the right candidates will see them for free using LinkedIn Limited Listings. These job ads will expand your reach and allow you to access active candidates on LinkedIn. Unlike paid ads, these free ads will not appear in any recommendations in LinkedIn ( e.g., Jobs you may be interested in, work with us, similar jobs ).


To enable LinkedIn Limited Listings

  1. Navigate to Setup > Job Boards Integration > Job Boards List.
  2. Scroll down to Social Networks, and click the Enable button on the LinkedIn job board.

  3. Enter your company's LinkedIn company ID in the appropriate field.

  4. The LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, that is unique to your company.
  5. Click OK, Got it to start posting jobs

Get my company ID 

Your LinkedIn Company ID is a string of numbers, that is unique to your company. 
You can find this ID in the URL of your company's LinkedIn page which is usually a string of digits that are between '/ /'. To know more about LinkedIn company ID, click here.
 

Publish jobs on LinkedIn 

  1. Go to the Job Openings module and open the job that you want to publish.
  2. Click the + icon that appears when you hover over the sourcing summary on the left panel.
  3. In the Broadcast your job page, scroll down to free job boards and click LinkedIn.
  4. Choose a candidate application and an assessment.
  5. Click Publish.
  6. Confirm you want to publish your job by clicking Proceed. 
Notes


  • LinkedIn Limited Listings only appear through LinkedIn's search after relevant LinkedIn Job Slots and Posts.


  • Limited Listings do not appear in the recommendations throughout the site (e.g., Jobs You May Be Interested In module and email, Work With Us ads, Similar jobs recommendations, etc.). This means that they are only visible to the subset of members who are actively looking for jobs.

  • The jobs that you post through LinkedIn Limited Listings cannot be managed from Zoho Recruit. You will not have access to job analytics, suggested matches, people who have viewed the job, or other features.

  • LinkedIn Limited Listings cannot be sponsored across the site.
Alert
Limited listings don't guarantee a job being posted on LinkedIn. This is due to certain reasons:
  1. De-duplication: Jobs that you have already posted directly on LinkedIn or from Zoho Recruit
  2. Employer opt-out: If you have opted out of the LL program
  3. Invalid fields: Missing mandatory fields like Company ID, Industry or Location
If you are currently facing issues with no jobs showing up, please reach out to lcshelp@linkedin.com to enable LL. You need to specify that "Zoho" XML feed is your preferred source for job ingestion.
