Jobs created in Zoho Recruit are posted to LinkedIn in real-time, and with the LinkedIn Easy Apply feature, job seekers can apply for your jobs without leaving LinkedIn.
With LinkedIn Recruiter seats, you can see candidate highlights in Zoho Recruit with real-time views of LinkedIn profiles and how they match your job posts, enabling your teams to make more informed choices.
Important Note:
All Zoho Recruit users can access Apply Connect at no additional cost and can post job posts to LinkedIn and receive applicants via LinkedIn Easy Apply.
However, the full set of Apply Connect features including ‘Applicant Highlights’ and ‘Applicant Notifications’ are available for LinkedIn Recruiter (Corporate) and LinkedIn Recruiter Professional Services (RPS) users only. These features are not available for LinkedIn Recruiter Lite users.
Please do note that LinkedIn requires jobs for search or staffing companies to be promoted into Job Slots to be visible on LinkedIn. Please refer to LinkedIn's support article here for more details.

3. What you can do with Apply Connect?
3.A LinkedIn Easy Apply (for Candidates)
With Apply Connect, every job you post in LinkedIn will have the Easy Apply button. This reduces drop-offs by displaying your configured Application Form within LinkedIn.
Not just that, even your pre-screening assessment is handled without redirections, ensuring a seamless experience for each and every applicant.
3.B LinkedIn Applicant Notifications (for Candidates)
When you view a candidate's LinkedIn Highlights or Full Profile from the Candidates module in Zoho Recruit, they will be notified that their application has been viewed. This helps them stay informed about their job applications and ensures you have a transparent hiring process.
3.C LinkedIn Applicant Highlights & Full Profile plugins (for Recruiters)
Once job seekers apply for the job, their details will be automatically added to the Candidates module in your Zoho Recruit account. Every candidate that applies will have a LinkedIn Profile Highlights button in the List View page.
You can even view their Full LinkedIn Profile directly from within Zoho Recruit, giving you a better idea about their career & work history.
4. Disable Apply Connect for a Specific Job
Say you wish to publish a job in LinkedIn but do not want it to have Apply Connect enabled for it alone. For such cases, we have a checkbox while publishing that lets you disable Apply Connect for a certain job.
To disable Apply Connect for a specific job;
- Go to the job opening and click the Publish icon.
- Select LinkedIn Premium or LinkedIn Basic as the job board.
- In the pop-up, scroll down and toggle the Disable LinkedIn Apply Connect for this job checkbox.

- Click Save and proceed with publishing the job.
