Manage Fields in Resume Extractor

Configure the fields you want to be displayed in the Resume Extractor view. Customize the fields display to your liking and make sourcing easier.

To configure fields in Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor:
  1. When in the Extractor view, click on the More Actions button.
  2. Select the Customize option.
  3. Switch between Candidate and Contact tabs and enable/disable fields you want to be displayed in the Extractor window.
     
  4. You can customize how your fields are mapped with the parsed data by clicking on the hyperlink.
  5. You will be redirected to Parser Management > Parser Mapping in the Setup section of your Zoho Recruit account. From here you can manage the mapping and test your current configuration.

  6. Click Update when you are done.
