Use Cases

   Zia’s AI-generated summary highlights the main talking points so you can make faster, more informed decisions.

Enabling AI Interview Insights  

1. Navigate to Setup > Zia > AI Interview Insights.
   
   
   
   

2. Turn on the AI Interview Insights toggle.
   
   
   
   

3. Select the language for your transcription and summary. Click Save.
   
   
   

Viewing Transcriptions and Summaries  

1. Go to the Interviews module.

2. Click on the One-way Interview you want to review.

3. Navigate to the Evaluation tab.
   
   
   
   

4. You’ll find the Transcription and AI-generated Summary created by Zia.

To further assess the candidate’s performance:

• Click Review Answers to open each response.

• The transcription will appear at the top of the screen for quick reference.
  
  

• You can provide comments or recommendations based on the transcription insights.

Important Notes

• Transcription supports One-way (Recorded) interviews only.
  

• Transcripts and summaries are currently available only in English, Spanish, German, Dutch, Portuguese, French, Russian, and Italian.
  

• Administrators can manage user access and permissions for this feature
  

• If the chosen language and the audio language differ, it may result in inaccurate or inappropriate content.
