Recruiters and hiring teams often rely heavily on email communication throughout the hiring process. Important updates related to interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback, approvals, and follow-ups are often buried within long email content, making it difficult to quickly understand the context of an email.
Email Summary, powered by Zia, helps simplify this by generating a concise summary of every email they receive. Instead of reading through lengthy email content, users can quickly understand the key discussion points, updates, decisions, and action items from a summarized view.
This helps teams:
- Save time spent reviewing email content.
- Quickly understand lengthy emails.
- Identify sentiment, important updates and decisions at a glance.
- Improve business collaboration between client contacts, candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders.
Take faster and more informed actions based on the summarized information.
Depending on the content and context of the email, Zia analyzes the email and generates a contextual summary highlighting the most relevant information.
