Generating AI Summaries of Assessments

Reviewing assessment responses and evaluating a candidate’s performance can take time, especially when assessing multiple candidates. Assessment Summary, powered by Zia, generates a concise overview of a candidate’s assessment performance and overall evaluation, helping recruiters quickly understand key findings and make informed hiring decisions.

Zia analyzes the available assessment results and provides performance insights, strengths, and recommendation indicators to help users evaluate candidates.

Enabling Assessment Summary  

To enable Assessment Summary:

  1. Go to Setup > Zia > Zia Summary.



  2. Turn on the Assessment Summary toggle.



  3. Set the summary language and click Save.

Generating an Assessment Summary  

Once Assessment Summary is enabled, users can generate summaries from the Answered Assessments related list in a candidate record.

To generate an assessment summary:

  1. Navigate to the Candidates module and open a candidate record.

  2. Go to the Answered Assessments related list.



  3. Open the relevant answered assessment.

  4. Click Assessment Summary to view the AI-generated summary.

Zia analyzes the assessment results and generates a concise summary of the candidate’s performance and overall evaluation. The summary includes performance insights and a recommendation indicator, such as Recommended, Consider, or Reject.

Notes
Note:  
  1. Administrators can configure access permissions for Assessment Summary.
  2. Assessment summaries cannot be generated for records restricted under GDPR.
  3. Assessment Summary is supported in the Candidates and Applications modules.
  4. The accuracy and relevance of the summary depend on the available assessment data.
  5. The generated summary is intended to assist users in evaluating candidates. Review the summary alongside the original assessment results before making hiring decisions.
