Notes Summary | Zoho Recruit

Generating AI Summaries of Notes

Recruiters often use notes to capture important updates, interview observations, candidate preferences, follow-up actions, and internal discussions throughout the hiring process. As records accumulate more notes over time, reviewing each entry individually can become time-consuming.

Note Summary, powered by Zia, helps recruiters quickly understand the key points from lengthy notes by generating a concise AI-powered summary. Instead of reading through the entire note, users can instantly get the essential context, highlights, and important takeaways.

This helps teams:

  • Quickly understand lengthy notes without reading the entire content.

  • Capture key discussion points and updates faster.

  • Reduce manual effort spent reviewing detailed notes.

  • Improve collaboration by making note context easier to consume.

Depending on the content of the note, Zia analyzes the information and generates a contextual summary highlighting the most relevant details.
