Generating AI Summaries of Records

Enabling Record Summary
Go to Setup > Zia > Zia Summary.
Turn on the Record Summary toggle.
Set the summary language and click Save.
Generating a Record Summary
Once Record Summary is enabled, you can access summaries from both the list view and detail page.
From the list view:
Navigate to a supported module.
Click the Record Summary option next to a record in the list view.
From the detail page:
Navigate to a record in a supported module.
Click the Record Summary option.
Zia will analyze the record along with its related records and generate a contextual summary.
Notes:Record Summary is generated based on the information available within the record and its related records. The accuracy of the summary depends on the completeness of the available data.
Generated summaries are intended to assist users and should be reviewed before making hiring decisions.
Record summaries cannot be generated for records locked under GDPR. Related records locked under GDPR will also be excluded from the summary.
For each related list, only the three most recently modified records are considered while generating the summary.
