User Management

User Management is the process of providing users in an organization with access to RouteIQ Live Tracker. You can add, activate and deactivate users.

 

Adding Users

  1. Click Users in RouteIQ Live Tracker module bar.

  1. Click on add user

  1. Enter the email of the user you want to add.

Note: A Zoho account should be created for the enter email.

Activating and Deactivating Users

  1. Click on the toggle switch in the status column to activate the user
  2. Click off the toggle switch in the status column to deactivate the user
