Uninstalling the RouteIQ for Zoho CRM extension
Uninstalling RouteIQ
Open the Zoho CRM settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Click All under Marketplace.
- Click Installed to view a list of all the installed extensions.
Click Uninstall.
What happens when you uninstall RouteIQ?
- All the routes you created will be deleted.
- Your subscription to RouteIQ will remain active. To cancel your subscription, visit store.zoho.com
The integration between RouteIQ and Zoho CRM will remain active. Conversion of addresses into GPS coordinates will still happen.
Your RouteIQ account will still be active and all the features other than route planning will remain active.
