Open the Zoho CRM settings by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
Click All under Marketplace.
Click Uninstall.
The integration between RouteIQ and Zoho CRM will remain active. Conversion of addresses into GPS coordinates will still happen.
Your RouteIQ account will still be active and all the features other than route planning will remain active.
