Uninstalling the RouteIQ for Zoho CRM extension

Uninstalling RouteIQ

  1. Open Zoho CRM and click the Marketplace logo

     

  2. Click Installed to view a list of all the installed extensions and click Uninstall.


What happens when you uninstall RouteIQ?

  • All the routes you created will be deleted.
  • Your subscription to RouteIQ will remain active. To cancel your subscription, visit store.zoho.com

  • The integration between RouteIQ and Zoho CRM will remain active. Conversion of addresses into GPS coordinates will still happen.

  • Your RouteIQ account will still be active and all the features other than route planning will remain active.
In the event that you do not need RouteIQ for your business anymore, you have the option to cancel your subscription. Here's how you can do that.

Step 1: Log in to RouteIQ and click the globe icon in the top right corner to open the 'Settings' menu. Click 'Manage' next to 'Subscription'
Step 2:Click 'Change Plan'
Step 3: Click 'Cancel Subscription'
Step 4. Click 'Confirm Downgrade'.
