How to add payment details in the store
The following document guides you as to how you can add your payment details in the store.
Applicability: This document is only applicable for the Flex plan. Please contact
support@routeiq.com to learn more.
If your payment details aren't added and you try to enable usage-based billing for your RouteIQ organization, below error will be displayed.
In this pop-up, you can click "Store" to go to the store or wait 3 seconds to get automatically redirected there.
Step 1 : Once you're in the store, choose your currency under the Flex plan. You don't need to add any credit counts. You could just keep it in 0 and proceed further.
Step 2: In the next page, enter your card details or setup PayPal and click "Add payment Method" to complete the process. Once done, retry enabling "Usage-based billing" in RouteIQ.
