Settings - Mobile

Tap on the your profile image, to access the Settings menu in RouteIQ.

Settings Menu Options

The Settings menu in RouteIQ has many options, including:



  • Favorite places

  • Map Settings

  • Subscription Details

  • Record Credits

  • App Version

  • Send Feedback

  • Privacy options 

Notes
Note: Currently, Satellite view and Traffic Overlay is not available in the RouteIQ mobile apps

Map Settings 

 


Map Style

  1. Choose satellite or street view.
  2. Click on the street or satellite image of a map to switch between styles.

Distance Unit

  1. Choose kilometers or miles for the distance unit.
  2. Click on your desired distance system.
  1. Choose between Google, Apple or Waze maps for Navigating you routes and stops
Notes
Note: Multi stop navigation is supported in Google Maps only.
You can choose between Coordinates or Address based navigation.
  1. When coordinates navigation is chosen the record's coordinates is used for navigation making it more precise.
  2. When address based navigation is chosen the record's address is used for navigation making it less precise but more readable in the navigation app.

At RouteIQ, we value your feedback. We would love to hear about the features and options you wish RouteIQ had.

Also, if you face any issues with the mobile app you can share it with us. You can include screenshots and the system logs, to resolve the issue better.


 

  

Privacy  

You enable or disable sharing of usage-related data and crash-related data. We use this data to make RouteIQ's mobile apps better and more resilient to crashes.
