Map Reports - Mobile

Map Reports enables you to cumulatively visualize data in the selected module. You can view reports as heat maps or cluster maps.

Limitation: You can only view reports for up to a maximum of 5000 records. If you have integrated more than 5000 records, the report will only take the first 5000 records into consideration.

 

Viewing Map Reports

  1. Tap on the current module.This will show you a list of the integrated Zoho CRM and RouteIQ modules.

  1. Tap Reports in the module list.

        

  1. Choose Heat Map or Cluster Map.


Changing Modules

  1. Tap on the Zoho CRM field to view a list of all integrated Modules.



  2. Tap on the required module to view the heat map or cluster map for that module.

 

Types of Reports 

Heat Map  

A heat map shows the concentration of records in a particular area in the form of thermal gradients.


 

Cluster Map  

A cluster map groups records based on proximity to each other and displays them as a cluster bubble with the number of records displayed on it.
