If you want to tag a location to a record, it is possible to do so from right within RouteIQ itself. For the modules integrated into RouteIQ, it is possible to choose a location on the map and create a record from right within the RouteIQ mobile app itself. Here's how you can do that.

1. Open the RouteIQ mobile app and choose a module that has been integrated with your CRM tool

Note: The module has to be integrated from your CRM system to RouteIQ using address co-ordinates

2. If you want to create a record for your current location, click the locate me icon and then tap your location once. You will see the following options.

3. If you want to create a record for a nearby location, long press on the exact location you want mapped to the record you want to create. Then you will see the same three options

4. Click "Create Lead" or whichever module you have chosen.



5. You will be redirected to the relevant form in your CRM software from where you can create a new lead. The latitude and longitude will be automatically mapped. After you enter the remaining details, click the tick mark in the top right corner to save your work.

You have now successfully created a record by tagging a location to it via RouteIQ.
