Adjust Location / Update Coordinates - Mobile

Adjust Location helps you easily change the address info of a record by choosing the correct address on the map and updating the location in Zoho CRM.

NotesNote: Address coordinates based field mapping is necessary to use this feature. Dual integration with coordinates and address can be done in the backend. 

Adjusting Location or Updating Coordinates

  1. Tap the record whose location coordinates you want to update.


  1. Tap the three dot menu for more options


  1. Tap Adjust Location


  1. Choose the location on the map

  1. Tap confirm



How to Adjust location for a Non-mappable record

1. Open the record detail view
2. Tap the Adjust Location under the Action


3. Choose the location from map and tap confirm.

Restricting the "Adjust Location" feature 

As the admin, you can configure locations to only be adjusted to certain areas. Only if the new location your agent chooses, matches the criteria you have set up, the "Confirm" option will be enabled. Current location and existing record address location pins will be shown on the map.

This option can be only enabled from the backend. To do so, please contact support@routeiq.com

There are three options in this. They are:


1. Restrict to User’s Current Location: 

Users can update a record’s location only to their current location.  



2. Restrict Based on Radius from Previous Location: 

Users can update a record's location only if the new location falls within a defined radius from the record's previous location. If it doesn't, the "Confirm" button will be grayed out. (As can be seen in the screenshot below)



3. Combined Restriction:

Both restrictions can be enabled together. In this case, the user's current location must be within the configured radius from the record's previous location to allow the update.
