After planning and organizing your field visits for sales, service or delivery activity. You need to travel to visit your prospects. RouteIQ comes with many options that helps you with your travel.
Similar to the views in Zoho CRM, modules in RouteIQ also have their own version of views for the Routes module.
Tap on the RouteIQ views dropdown, from the Routes module. Choose the required view. The Routes module comes with these views:
All Routes
Next Week's Routes
Today's Routes
Tomorrow's Routes
Upcoming Routes
Tap the filter by button
Enter the criteria by which you want to filter your routes.
Tap the Sort by button.
Choose the criteria based on which you want to sort your routes.
Choose the preferred order of sorting (ascending or descending).
After selecting the route you would like to travel for the day.
Tap the navigation button to begin your journey.
Info: We support navigation through multiple apps. For iOS users, you get to choose between Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze and for Android, you get Google Maps and Waze.RouteIQ provides a few stop options that enables users to perform quick actions.
Tap the Navigation button under a route, to navigate to that specific stop.

Tap the check-in icon to check-in at the stop.
For a Meeting record, RouteIQ will automatically check-in with Zoho CRM as well.
For a non-Meeting record, RouteIQ will create a meeting and check-in.
When a user checks in to a stop via RouteIQ or Zoho CRM, it automatically logs the Google Maps location URL, along with the timestamp and username of the person who checked in.Check in to any record directly without creating a route. Open the record in RouteIQ and click the Check-in icon. RouteIQ will take care of the rest.
