Visit Outcome - Mobile

Visit Outcome lets RouteIQ users capture custom visit details inside the app (optional or required) shown at check-in/out, saving time and improving data accuracy. As the agent, if you want to complete filling out the Visit Outcome form before you get to Check-Out, you just need to follow these steps.

  1. Open the route you are on and click the 3 dots next to the gem clip icon in your current stop (As shown in the screenshot).



  2. Click Visit Outcome



  3. Fill the form and click "Save."

Info: If your admin has set up the Visit Outcome form to be opened on Check-In, you will be met with the form, the second you check-in. If you happen to be too busy right then to fill out the form or if you accidentally clicked "Cancel", then you can still follow the same steps mentioned above to access the Visit Outcome form at a later time and then proceed with your route. If the form has mandatory fields you will not be allowed to check out until you complete them.
