Change Owner
Change owner helps you select records in an area and assign those leads, accounts, service requests, etc. to a user. This will update the record owner in Zoho CRM.
Select the records you want to change owner in the list view or using the lasso tool.
Select change owner under the more option in the list view.
Select the user to whom you want to assign the records and click update.
