The Map View option in Zoho CRM brings RouteIQ to a more contextual location, within the module list view in Zoho CRM using which you can view your records on a map and create routes to visit them.
Note: The the Zoho CRM module or view which you would like to visualize on map should be integrated with RouteIQ for Zoho CRM.
Go to your desired Module in Zoho CRM.
Click the Map View button in the top right corner. This open a RouteIQ widget in Zoho CRM, which provides all the features of RouteIQ.
Note: Only the records on the viewed page are visualized on the map.
