Related Records

As the name suggests, Related Records helps you see all the records associated to one particular account or lead or contact. (Depending on the module you have chosen).

Picture this. In your CRM account, you have entered lots of details about various customers. Now you have one particular account called General Bank and you want to see a quick summary of all the business you have done with this account. Enter related records.

It will list out for you every meeting, invoice, product (that has been affiliated to that account), quote, and more in a second. Let's see how we can access this feature.

How to view related records in RouteIQ

  1. Open RouteIQ and go to the Accounts module (or whichever module you have that entity's data recorded).


  1. From the list of Accounts, choose the account of your choice. The Account information will pop up.




  2. Click the ellipsis button in the top right corner of this dialog box and then click "Related Routes", as per your initial reason for query.




You will now be able to see all the relevant records.




You'll be able to see a gist of all the business transactions you've done with this account in one place. This feature will come in handy whenever you're dealing with unique issues. For example: If General Bank says they never got the last invoice, you can immediately open your invoices module and see if the mistake is on your part or theirs. You can also quickly review notes from the previous meeting before you walk in to your current one.
