If you have already created a route and need to add a stop to it, you can do so via the "Add to existing route" option. Let's see how we can do that.
Step 1: Open the module in which the stop you want is located. Eg: Leads
Step 2: Click the record you wish to add
Step 3: Click the curvy arrow icon in the bottom and select "Add to existing route".
Step 4: Select the route in which you want this stop added.
Step 5: Reorder your stops in your route according to your preference and click "Update".
You have now successfully added this stop to an existing route. The same is possible for you to do via your mobile as well. Let's see how to do that.
Step 1: Open the RouteIQ mobile app and select the module you want. (In this example, the "Leads" module has been chosen).
Step 2: Open the record of your choice
Step 3: Click the curvy arrow icon in the bottom middle and choose the route of your choice
Step 4: Rearrange the stops in the order of your preference
Step 5: Click "Start" and commence your route.
You have now added a stop to an existing route on your mobile as well.
