End Cards

End cards are used to end or conclude the chat.

All end cards are supported in Facebook and Instagram

Block Visitor

The block visitor card allows you to block the visitor. 

  • To add this card to your bot's flow, click on the card holder (+) icon to view the card gallery and select Block Visitor card under the end card section.

  • Add name and image for the card. Add the block notice message in the message box. If activated, the visitor will receive the message, get blocked and the chat widget will disappear for them. 
  • Click Save.

Example - Specifying the spammer's IP address on the criteria router card, the block card is used to block the spammers if spammers initiate a conversation. 

Busy Response

If the chat is routed to an operator or a department, and if all the operators are busy, then this allows the visitors to leave a message before the chat is ended. Once ended, the chat will be marked as missed.

  • To add busy response card, click on the cardholder (+) icon to view the card gallery and select the Busy response card under the End cards section.

  • Add name and image for the card, and specify the message you want to show when all the operators or the routed operator is busy at the moment. 
  • Click Save.

Example - Allowing the website visitors to leave a message when all operators are busy. 

End Chat

This card is used to end the conversation. 

  • Click on the card holder (+) icon to view the card gallery and select the End Chat card under the End card section.

  • Add the message that you want to send before ending the conversation. 

  1. Also, there is option to the delay end message.
  2. To do it, enable the delay message and specify the time.
  3. Then, the message provided in the message box will be sent to the visitor after the specified time. 
  4. Click Save

Example - Ending the chat of the visitor by greeting.
