SalesIQ App for Apple TV
SalesIQ offers an Apple TV App for you to view all the visitor data on a big screen. With the SalesIQ Apple TV app, you can see the live visitor data in Map view and weekly reports in the Reports dashboard.
How to download and sign into the SalesIQ app in your Apple TV device?
- In your Apple Tv device, open App Store and search for the Zoho SalesIQ app.
- Select the SalesIQ app, and tap Get to install.
- You can find the Zoho SalesIQ app on your home screen. You can either open the app directly after installing it by tapping Open or minimize the App store and opening the Zoho SaelsIQ App from the Apple TV home screen.
- To log into the SalesIQ app, enter the Activation Code (you can click here to get the code) in the Login screen in your browser and click Verify and then Accept.
- You'll be logged into your SalesIQ app successfully on your Apple TV.
SalesIQ App Settings
You can change the SalesIQ App settings here.
- Portal - You can view/change the SalesIQ Portal here. Tapping on the associated portal will list of the available portal for you to choose from.
- Brands - You can change the SalesIQ Brand here. The Map view will display the data based on the brand you've chosen here.
- Analytics - You can enable/disable sharing the debugging information like usage statistics and crash reports to help the developers.
- Sign out - To sign out of the SalesIQ App in your Apple Device
Visitor data in Map view
You can visualize the flow and concentration of real-time visitor traffic on your website/mobile with the live map, tracking each visitor's geographical location. The Trend graph indicates the number of overall visitors and returning visitor's respectively, updated at a specified interval.
Reports dashboard
The Reports view summarize the weekly view of your SalesIQ portal, it displays:
- Visitors count for the past 5 weeks - A consolidated report of the visitors visited your website for the past 5 weeks.
- Top 3 departments for the past 7 days - You can view the top three performing departments of the past week.
- High traffic hitting web pages for the past 7 days - The web page that has the most of the visitor traffic on your website for the past week.
- Source of visitors for the past 7 days - You can check the sources that direct the visitors to your website for the past week here. .
Projects Dashboard
The projects dashboard displays the overview metrics of the a specific or overall departments in the portal. This view helps you to review the top operators and availability, the total/closed/open chats specific to that department in the last 24 hours, missed chats, average response time and much more.
