How to Purchase Zoho SalesIQ Subscription?

Purchasing Zoho SalesIQ is quite simple and easy. Zoho SalesIQ was engineered from the ground for businesses of all shapes and sizes. 
Only portal owners can purchase and renew Zoho SalesIQ subscriptions.
To purchase a Zoho SalesIQ subscription, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your Zoho SalesIQ dashboard and click your profile picture in the top-right corner.
  2. A profile drawer will open from the side. Here, you can find details of your current Zoho SalesIQ plan.
  3. Click on the Purchase option next to your current plan. If you are on the free plan, click Upgrade.

  4. Choose a plan that suits your needs and click the Upgrade button.

  5. In the Plan Details section, you can customize your add-ons as per your business requirements.
  6. Click on the Continue button after adding the add-ons.

  7. Review your order before making the payment, and then click on Confirm.
  8. Now, provide your billing address and payment details.
  9. Choose the billing type as either Credit card or PayPal, and fill in the required payment details.
  10. Once you have filled in the details, click on Make Payment.

  11. If your payment is successful, you will receive an acknowledgement message.

  12. Click View Your Subscription to view the purchased subscription in detail.
  13. Inside Zoho SalesIQ, you will get an alert saying that your plan has changed. You must reload to reflect the changes

How do I modify my plan?

You can modify your plan in Zoho SalesIQ at any time, including during your free trial. You have the option to upgrade, downgrade, or add operators as needed. Zoho SalesIQ is designed to be adaptable, so you can make changes according to your changing requirements.

Upgrading your plan

To upgrade your plan in Zoho SalesIQ, open the dashboard and click on your profile picture. A profile drawer will appear on the side, showing the details of your current plan. Click on the Purchase option next to your current plan to upgrade.

Follow these steps to upgrade your plan:

  1. You will be redirected to the ZStore page, where you can view all of your plan details. Click on the Change Plan option on the right-hand side under Manage Subscription.

  2. Choose the plan to which you want to upgrade from the list, and click Upgrade.

  3. Review your changes and, once done, click on Make Payment.

  4. Once the payment is processed, you will receive a success message.

Downgrading Your Plan

To downgrade your plan in Zoho SalesIQ, open the dashboard and click on your profile picture. A profile drawer will appear on the side, showing the details of your current plan. Click on the Purchase option next to your current plan to access the upgrade and downgrade options.

Follow these steps to downgrade your plan:

  1. Click Downgrade on your desired plan.

  2. A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to proceed.

  3. In the feedback window, choose the reason for the downgrade. Once you're done, click on Submit.

  4. The details of the downgrade will be shown in a new window. Click Downgrade to proceed.

  5. Review the changes and click Confirm to complete the downgrade process.

  6. Your plan has now been successfully downgraded.
